Schick Indi-Arcade at The Game Awards
Schick previously leveled up its presence in the gaming world with the debut of the “Indi Game Jam” in New York City, drawing indie developers and players into an immersive arcade experience. Following the event’s success, custom-built Polycade machines landed in Los Angeles, transforming the lobby of The Microsoft Theater into a gaming hub where attendees could test their skills firsthand while attending the internationally recognized Game Awards.
The activation did not stop at gameplay, Schick doubled down on its commitment to the indie gaming community by introducing the Schick-sponsored “Best Debut Indi Game Award” live at the show. By giving rising game developers a platform and integrating directly into the industry’s grassroots culture, Schick proved it was not just stepping into the gaming space, it was here to play.
