Empathy at Paramount

At Paramount’s headquarters, Empathy partnered with Early Spring to design an activation that reframed conversations around grief and support through the universal language of food. Guests were guided through downloading the Empathy app, engaging with tactile moments including a dog-treat station, and listening to intimate stories tied to the very food they were tasting, each illustrating how the food provided connects different cultures in times of loss.

Pairing multisensory storytelling with custom audio recordings and approachable brand touchpoints, translated Empathy’s mission into a physical space for the first time. What might otherwise feel heavy became human, warm, and connective leaving guests with both a deeper understanding of the platform and a personal sense of belonging.
